Which modern bands do you feel have the best chance at being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame?

Of course I am talking about the distant future and not within the next couple years or anything. I'm thinking the era from late 90's to today.|||I would say nirvana,slayer,pantera,red hot chili peppers,pearl jam,miley cyrus (just joking),nickelback,foo fighters|||Radiohead, Muse, Green Day...... not many more|||The White Stripes


I know I'm gonna get TD for these, but My Chemical Romance and Green Day. I don't necessarily like them (MCR, in my opinion is pretty good though) but they have been extremely popular and successful in this era.


Nirvana and Radiohead (if they aren't already)|||I honestly think Coldplay if they continue to crank out the high quality of music they have since they began with hit after hit after hit....





...and the "hits" aren't necessarily what are all that important but they help.





In concert, Chris Martin and Coldplay just consistently wear both themselves and the entire audience out giving it their all......that's important for any band now trying to grind out a path of history that will last 25 or more years.





Being as old as I am, and having seen and heard music for 49 years now, over a hundred concerts, and owning thousands of records and cd's with that much more on my puter....





Coldplay could well end up, years down the road, being in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.|||Foo Fighters
