What do you think the best rock and roll song of the 60s was?

"Only the Lonely" by Roy Orbison (1960).

You know you have a great song when Springsteen pays homage to a song and you forget what he's singing and remember instead the song he's referencing. What do you think the best rock and roll song of the 60s was?

Bob Dylan - Like a Rolling StoneWhat do you think the best rock and roll song of the 60s was?
Oh. I definitely second Like a Rolling Stone.

That's pretty much the greatest song ever.
I'm sorry but picking one rock n roll song of the 1960s, is like picking only one person on earth to hang out with forever. It's impossible! It's the greatest decade for rock, and music in whole. It influences us all today, still.

The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry (even though he was more 1950s), Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendirx, Cream. Eric Clapton, The Doors, Bob Dylan, etc. The list goes on and on!

From British Invasions to Psychadelia to Woodstock, one song is plainly impossible (:

ANY SONG FROM THE BEATLES.
I Can't Get No Satisfaction - The Rolling Stones
House of the Risin' Sun by the Animals

Take Care
