What's the name of the movie where a man sings "Rock and Roll Music" by Chuck Berry?

The man kind of looks like the Encino Man character, with big hair, I believe he sings it at the end of the movie, possibly during the credits, but i remember it takes place in a cabin. The guy is playing the guitar(possibly electric) and he's jumping on the kitchen cabinet while he sings, then goes outside and sings on the porch. This weird scene is stuck in my head and i can't remember the movie.|||Young Einstein
